Diagnosis
Antennal scrobes join below frontal suture; frons below frontal suture predominantly smooth and shiny; mesoscutum with engraved and rather strong reticulation; scutellum smooth and shiny; mesoscutum with midlobe metallic dark purple or metallic dark bluish-green, sidelobes golden-green, scutellum metallic dark purple; propodeal callus with 3-4 setae; femora metallic bluish-purple; fore tibia pale brown, mid tibia yellowish-brown, hind tibia with basal ˝ pale brown and apical ˝ yellowish-brown to completely yellowish-brown.

France, Hungary, Italy, Republic of Moldova.
Biology
Unknown.
Similar species in Lucid key
texanus and nigrocyaneus, but specularis with frons smooth or with very weak reticulation, scutellum completely or predominantly smooth and shiny.
